What Embracing Autism Will Give You

We Understand

You've received the diagnosis (or suspect it's coming), but instead of clarity, you feel more lost than ever.

You lie awake wondering if you're missing something crucial that could help your child right now.

You see your child struggling with daily challenges that others don't face, and you desperately want to make their world easier to navigate.

You're tired of generic advice that doesn't address your child's specific needs.

And most of all, you feel the weight of responsibility—knowing that the right support now could change everything for your child's future.

We Can Help

This Is What Parents Like You Have Been Searching For

✓ A clear, actionable plan tailored to your child's unique needs—not just general information

✓ Practical, autism-specific strategies that work in real homes, not just clinics

✓ Evidence-based approaches from specialists who have helped thousands of autistic children thrive

✓ Direct access to ask your most pressing questions to our team of autism experts

✓ A supportive community of parents who truly understand what you're going through

That's exactly what we've created with Embracing Autism.

How Does It Work?

We've designed this course specifically for busy parents who need practical solutions, not more overwhelming information.

When you sign up you get access to our online portal. A module is released every Monday for 7 weeks. Watch or listen to the videos on your computer or mobile device and at your own pace. Each module is a total of around an hour.

We cover a wide range of topics:

Week 1: All About Autism

Your child's unique autism profile and what it actually means for daily life—beyond the diagnostic criteria.

Week 2:  Coping and Behaviour: School and Home

Why your child might thrive in one environment but struggle in another, and the specific adaptations that make all the difference.

Week 3: Sensory Processing (including Eating)

Decode your child's sensory responses and learn why certain environments, foods, or clothing may trigger distress when others don't.

Week 4:  Social Interaction, Communication & Language

Move beyond surface-level social skills advice to understand your child's specific communication patterns and how to build on their strengths.

Week 5: Anxiety & Stress

Recognize the hidden anxiety triggers most parents miss, and create an environment where your child feels secure and understood.

Week 6: Sensory and Emotional Regulation

Practical strategies for those overwhelming moments when emotions become too big to manage.

Week 7: Sleep

Transform bedtime struggles with autism-specific approaches that address the real reasons your child finds it hard to wind down.

Week 8: Live Zoom Q&A Webinar

This is where everything comes together. Bring your specific questions to our team of specialists and connect with other parents on similar journeys. Many parents tell us this session alone was worth the entire course investment.

Throughout the course, you can ask questions directly under any video, and we'll respond with direct support and guidance.

Nicki - Course Participant

Superb course that really helped me understand more about helping my autistic child following diagnosis.

 Previous Embracing Autism Participant

The Embracing Autism course was very well laid out with informative and enlightening videos on a wide variety of topics. It was a wealth of information that was presented in a very accessible way, with room for going away and having a think then coming back to the information, all with an opportunity for asking questions and getting specific answers. I liked the conversation approach to the videos and felt that the material was delivered in appropriate doses. At the end of each topic, I came away feeling more informed and empowered, and the live zoom at the end was really helpful, not only for information but for assuring me that I was not the only parent facing challenges. Thank you Everlief for hosting this course. I highly recommend it.
