Mental health is important.

A happy child is important.Â
Â
You want your child to flourish and enjoy life with great mental health, and be able to manage their emotions successfully.

Â
Children are under so much pressure these days, whether from school pressure, social media or so many other things, and yet families are receiving less support.

Â
At Everlief Parent Club we show you how SMALL changes can make a BIG difference, and then support you on your journey to a happier family life, one step at a time.

The Everlief Parent Club Mission!
We are a team of child psychologists and mental health professionals led by Dr Lucy Russell, a clinical psychologist with 20+ years of experience both in the NHS and private practice.
Â
We want to guide you towards a calmer and happier family life through our expertise in child development and therapeutic approaches, and our key values:

1
EVERY Child Can Thrive
Even if it feels like the odds are stacked against your child, they have one powerful weapon working in their favour: YOU!
You are their advocate, protector and supporter. We firmly believe that with expert guidance and simple, actionable strategies, EVERY child can start to thrive and have the childhood they deserve.
2
Always One Step At A Time
What small step or tweak will âmove the needleâ for your child or your family?
Small changes can make a BIG difference.Â
We encourage you to take baby steps, and just focus on the next step.
Â

3
Look At The Big Picture
Itâs not always about changing your child. Sometimes itâs about changing their environment, for example tweaking things at school to reduce their stress.
We look at the whole child and what they need to flourish, and then we break it down and create an action plan.
Â
 4
The Power of PsychologyÂ
We are psychologists and therapists. We believe in the immense power of understanding what's going on underneath the surface for each child.
Then we use cognitive (mind based), body based and lifestyle-based strategies to improve children's wellbeing.

Meet The Team!
Â
Everlief is a child psychology clinic in West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Since 2012 we have supported more than 4,000 families with their wellbeing and mental health.
Now we want to bring that support online and make it more reachable for you, so that expert support is on hand at the click of a button.
Â
Here is our fantastic team of professional presenters that you will meet inside Everlief Parent Club.

 Hi, I'm Lucy.
As a parent of two teenagers myself, I know what it's like to worry about your child's emotional wellbeing and to sometimes feel lost about how best to support them.
For more than 20 years, I've been a child clinical psychologist, supporting hundreds of families on their unique journeys.
I always thought I would work in the NHS my whole career. But in 2012 I realised that by leaving I could get better work life balance for my family AND help people more effectively, including helping people like you.
So I set up a face-to-face child psychology clinic called Everlief Child Psychology with my husband Mike, and we are now one of the largest clinics in the UK!
Now, we want to help people more widely through online support.
That's why I created this monthly online membership for parents just like you.

Here's what people are saying about Everlief Parent Club...
"The parent club is such a useful forum whether it be taking part in live workshops, watching pre-recorded sessions at a time that suits me or making use of the wealth of material recommended. My childâs diagnosis is fairly new and it has affected us all as a family as we learn to adjust - this forum is definitely helping us with this adjustment. Itâs always good to know we are not alone. Thank you."
"I find the parent club is really useful for sharing issues and getting guidance from the Everlief team for an affordable monthly subscription. The 2 monthly sessions help me to focus on issues that may need attention in our family and to be able to ask for help with these. If they are not relevant at the time, the sessions help me feel pre-armed for issues that might crop up at a later date, or may have cropped up in the past and could possibly crop up again in the future. It is also often a comfort to learn we are not alone in any struggles we may be having and that other parents are also dealing with similar issues. I see it as a regular family mental health check in session, which also expands my knowledge of other resources out there that can be of help."
"'This is an amazing resource which gives me tools and confidence as a parent in challenging times. Some we've already put into practice, including nurturing routine when our daughter (who can be a worrier) comes home from school. She loves it and really responds well to the structure and predictability of routine. Thank you and we intend to implement more steps into our lives. I was drawn to this group as I strongly believe young peoples' mental health needs nurturing from a young age to help prepare them for today's society.'"
"It's brilliant to have a community of parents of ND teens to relate to, as I haven't been able to find this anywhere else."
"The membership has been brilliant and has provided valuable support for my family. My daughter is so much happier now. Itâs a fantastic service."
