"An excellent resource from a reliable professional for supporting my

7 year old with her anxiety. I have learned so much and it helps to be

able to revisit material and talk to people in the community who are

going through similar experiences."

Finally Feel Confident and Supported in Parenting Your Neurodivergent Child

I'm Dr Lucy Russell and I lead the parent club team. I know what it’s like to watch a child struggle while you feel powerless to change things.
My brother is autistic. When we were growing up in the 1990s, my mum tried so hard to get help but so much was missing. There was no such thing as parent support for neurodivergent children.
I became a clinical psychologist because no family should feel alone or stuck like that. Now I'm a parent myself and I see so many families still unable to get basic support.
Everlief Parent Club exists to give you trusted child psychology support for parents, with ADHD and autism parent tips and strategies so you don’t lose years waiting and hoping things fix themselves.

“We’ve already tried everything.”
Most parents I meet feel defeated because they haven’t had the right tools for their neurodivergent child and they've got stuck in a rut.
Inside the parent club, even if you feel exhausted and burnt out you’ll learn small steps that really fit your child’s needs,  taking you in the right direction towards a calmer, happier child and a smoother family life.

“I’m too tired to even think straight.”
Mornings, bedtime, school stress, behaviour outbursts, managing child anxiety. Daily life can feel like a survival challenge.
The Parent Club is designed for tired parents. You don’t have to find hours.
Watch one short video or Q&A on the go, to get some autism parenting tips to make bedtime smoother, mornings calmer, or help you feel more in control again.

“I can’t afford it right now.”
I know paying for professional help is a big step. One-to-one child psychologist support sessions cost over £100 each (much more if you live in London).

Many families can’t manage that, just like mine couldn’t.
The club is low-cost on purpose. A monthly fee gives you expert answers, a safe space to ask questions and a library of help you can use again and again.
The cost of staying stuck - stressed family life, a child who isn't happy or achieving their potential - is far higher.

“Maybe things will get better on their own…”
It’s tempting to wait for a new teacher, new term or new plan. But underneath, the same stresses keep bubbling up and very often can get worse as life's demands (especially from school) increase.
Taking small steps to reverse this - with our guidance - can add up to big changes: happier at school, stronger friendships and better able to manage big feelings.

You can shape positive change, rather than waiting and hoping it will happen.

Here's what people are saying about Everlief Parent Club...

"The parent club is such a useful forum whether it be taking part in live workshops, watching pre-recorded sessions at a time that suits me or making use of the wealth of material recommended. My child’s diagnosis is fairly new and it has affected us all as a family as we learn to adjust - this forum is definitely helping us with this adjustment. It’s always good to know we are not alone. Thank you."

"I find the parent club is really useful for sharing issues and getting guidance from the Everlief team for an affordable monthly subscription. The 2 monthly sessions help me to focus on issues that may need attention in our family and to be able to ask for help with these. If they are not relevant at the time, the sessions help me feel pre-armed for issues that might crop up at a later date, or may have cropped up in the past and could possibly crop up again in the future. It is also often a comfort to learn we are not alone in any struggles we may be having and that other parents are also dealing with similar issues. I see it as a regular family mental health check in session, which also expands my knowledge of other resources out there that can be of help."

Helen

"'This is an amazing resource which gives me tools and confidence as a parent in challenging times. Some we've already put into practice, including nurturing routine when our daughter (who can be a worrier) comes home from school. She loves it and really responds well to the structure and predictability of routine. Thank you and we intend to implement more steps into our lives. I was drawn to this group as I strongly believe young peoples' mental health needs nurturing from a young age to help prepare them for today's society.'"

Lisa, Parent Club Member

"It's brilliant to have a community of parents of ND teens to relate to, as I haven't been able to find this anywhere else."

Parent Club Member

"The membership has been brilliant and has provided valuable support for my family. My daughter is so much happier now. It’s a fantastic service."

Why I Created Everlief Parent Club

You might feel like you’re just surviving each day rather than enjoying your family. Managing behavioural meltdowns, navigating school anxiety, or walking on eggshells at home.

You want your child to feel calmer, more secure, and more confident.

You want family life to feel easier and more connected with better behaviour, but most days, you’re running on empty.

This isn’t the family life you imagined. But that doesn’t mean you have to accept it as the way things will always be. Sometimes, all it takes is the right support at the right moment to

shift things.

I’ve been a child clinical psychologist for over twenty years. I worked in the NHS for many years before founding Everlief Child Psychology - now one of the largest child psychology clinics in the UK - with my husband Mike. I’m also a mum of two (one at university, one at high school), and I know first-hand how hard it can be to support your child’s wellbeing

when you feel overstretched and unsure what to try next.

Through my website They Are The Future, and now Everlief Parent Club, I’ve made it my mission to give parents easy access to child psychologist support for parents and straightforward strategies that make daily life better.

So you can take one small step at a time, and start building the family life you hoped for.
