Most resources are available worldwide. The Embracing Autism course and Everlief Parent Club membership are currently for UK parents only. All other courses, mini courses, ebooks and interactive tools are open to parents anywhere in the world.
All resources are designed for parents of children aged 5 to 17. They cover primary school age through to teenagers, addressing challenges including autism, ADHD, anxiety, school refusal, anger, behaviour, sleep, self-esteem and sensory needs.
Yes. Many resources are created specifically with neurodivergent children in mind, including the Embracing Autism course, Masking and Burnout in Kids, the Sensory Workbook, the Monster Mornings Interactive Routine Planner, and the Everlief Parent Club. All other resources are equally suitable for parents of autistic and ADHD children.
Almost all resources are created by Dr Lucy Russell and her team at Everlief Child Psychology. The exception is the Embracing Autism course, which is created by Dr Lucy Russell and a specialist team of local colleagues. Dr Russell is a child clinical psychologist with a doctorate from Oxford University and over 20 years of clinical experience.
